FITNESS

Today is Day 40 of the Foundation CrossFit "Get Right For The Summer" Challenge. So far, so good. Results may be really subtle but I feel more active, which was part of my goal. I'm excited until I reached that goal though. Working out CrossFit style is a little different (well, duh!). It's pretty high intense (duh!, again) It's like... I feel incomplete when I don't work out. But I guess, it's the routine that you get use to, right?

My fitness blog still needs to be updated tho. lol! My bad.

This weekend, I hope to do these. Maybe. LOL:
1. Tabata This
2. 21 (to compare time last week)
3. Angie (100 - pullups, pushups, situps, squats)
4. As many squats as you can for 10 mins
